Positioning Finger BASE for the Bobbin Case - vintage original part. If your machine is jammed, do not force it! Chances are, your machine has thread caught behind the bobbin case base. Watch the video tutorial on how to remove that thread. If, however, the finger on your bobbin case base is broken off, then occasionally we will have original replacements available. When replacing it, make sure that the finger on the bobbin case base is returned to it's correct position under the needle plate.
